How the rent tracker works
- Add each tenant with the monthly rent and the reference or name they use when paying.
- Type amounts as rent comes in, or (Pro) drop your bank statement and FinBot finds each tenant's payment by reference and amount.
- Green = paid in full, yellow = part paid, red = nothing received. The Owing column totals the last 6 months.
Your list is saved in this browser only. The statement is read and deleted immediately; only the matched payments come back.
